What we collect

Account details for members (name, business name, email), the documents members upload and send, signer names and email addresses or phone numbers supplied by the sender, and the audit-trail facts a completion certificate needs: timestamps, consent, and technical details such as IP address and browser.

What we do with it

We use it only to deliver, track, and prove the signing: sending links, reminders, the sealed final document, and its certificate. Documents live in access-controlled storage and are served only through unique, token-protected links. We do not sell personal information, and we do not read your documents for advertising.

Your documents stay yours

Download every signed document at any time — no export fee. If you close an account, your documents go with you; ask us at [email protected] and we will help you take them and delete our copies.

Signers

Signers never need an account. We keep the record their signature requires — the same facts printed on the completion certificate — and nothing beyond what the sender’s document needs.
